This website is controlled and operated by Ultimate Detox from
its offices in Edinburgh, Scotland. Ultimate Detox excludes all
representations and warranties that materials in and/or facilities
or services offered through this website are available for use in
other locations, or that they comply with any legal or regulatory
requirements of such other locations. Those who choose to access
this website do so at their own risk and on their own initiative
and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
Scottish law. Any dispute under these terms shall be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts and, by using
this website, you hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction
of such courts for such purposes and waive any and all objections
to jurisdiction or venue in such courts.
5. Miscellaneous
If any court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these
terms to be void or unenforceable for any reason then such provision
shall be ineffective to the extent of the court's finding without
affecting the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
6. E-Commerce
All prices quoted are in UK Pounds Sterling.
Parental Consent:
If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parents permission
to order. By purchasing product from this on-line store, you represent
that you are 18 years or older, or you have parental consent for
this transaction.
Amendments:
We reserve the right to alter goods, prices and descriptions, without
prior notice.
7. Medical
Pregnant or lactating woman, diabetes sufferers, people with a record
of kidney disease and all those under medical supervision should
consult a doctor before using these products. In the event of any
adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
8. Returns & Refunds
Any item may be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging
for a full refund within 15 days of invoice date. Original shipping
charges will not be refunded and a 15% admin charge will be deducted
from the value of the refund. Please ensure any returns are sent
recorded delivery (or other 'signature on delivery'
service). Any orders cancelled before shipping are subject to a
15% admin charge deducted from the value of the refund. These charges
are applied to us by our card processor and regrettably have to
be passed on to our customers. Please be certain before ordering.
Please allow 30 days to process refunds.
9. Legal Disclaimer
The Ultimate Detox cleansing drink is sold as a dietary supplement.

only. Ultimate Detox accept no responsibility for any subsequent
